Your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

This policy explains how Axiom Travel collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through axiomtravel.com and when providing travel-planning services.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, submit an inquiry or booking request, request a quote, create or manage a booking, make a payment, or otherwise communicate with us. Depending on the service, this may include your name, contact information, traveler details, travel preferences, itinerary information, billing details, and communications with Axiom Travel.

Payment-card information is handled by our payment processor. Axiom Travel may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, and related records, but our website is not intended to store complete payment-card numbers.

Website analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand how the public website is used. Standard analytics may assign random visitor and session identifiers using browser local storage and session storage. We may collect the page visited, page title and category, date and time, referral origin, campaign tags, broad device type, browser and operating-system category, screen dimensions, and a keyed hash of the IP address when a server encryption key is configured. We do not store a raw IP address in analytics.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, analytics switches to strict anonymous mode. In that mode, the pageview is counted without persistent visitor or session identifiers, browser storage, raw or hashed IP addresses, user-agent strings, browser or operating-system details, or screen dimensions. Analytics never collects information entered into forms.

Cookies and browser storage

The site may set a first-party session cookie used for session, security, authentication, and form functionality. Standard analytics uses random identifiers in local and session storage as described above. When a recognized privacy signal is present, analytics does not create or read those analytics storage entries; the site session cookie may still be used for core site functionality.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested travel-planning and booking services.
  • Prepare quotes, itineraries, invoices, payment records, and travel documents.
  • Communicate about trips, service updates, support, and transactions.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
  • Maintain business, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our customers, business, and others.

How information may be shared

We may share information as reasonably necessary with travel suppliers and operators involved in your requested itinerary; payment, hosting, email, communications, accounting, and technology providers working on our behalf; professional advisors; and government or legal authorities when required. Travel suppliers may process information under their own privacy policies and may be located outside your state or country.

We may also disclose information in connection with a business reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer, subject to applicable law. We do not disclose analytics data for unrelated third-party advertising through the Axiom analytics system described above.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing, where applicable law provides those rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

You can control browser storage through your browser settings. Axiom’s analytics automatically recognizes Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track as instructions to use strict anonymous measurement.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public website without appropriate authorization. Traveler information about minors should be provided only by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult when needed for travel services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
